The actual piercer was amazing took the time to get placements perfect and give tons of great information making sure we were good and happy!! Will totally go back there to buy Jewelry when it can be switched and if we ever want more things done!!!

I wanted to replace a piece I had with a new one and called in to see if I needed to book and appointment. I didn't need to but the lady on the phone suggested that I do just in case the store got busy. Went in and both the lady at the front and the lady who changed my piercing were super helpful and very professional. I'd definitely come back to get a new piece and even a new piercing.

Got my septum pierced as a walk-in. They had the titanium jewelry I needed. I'm very happy with the work Gray Valentine did. The piercing is placed high enough it pokes out daintily from my nose and doesn't overwhelm my face.
