I went in for a septum piercing, ended up almost 10 minutes late due to traffic, so I called ahead and the studio was extremely accommodating and still let me come in. Chantel was amazing, she did a wonderful job not only on the piercing but also comforting me as I was nervous. I will 100% be back for future piercings! Adding to this almost 10 months later, i went back for a second nostril piercing a week ago and Chantel yet again was phenomenal. So kind, honest, and does a wonderful job. Will definitely continue coming back.

My daughter has gotten her last 3 peicings done her and all by Grey Valentine. My daughter tends to get very nervous before each peircing (though she still wants more lol) and Grey is very paitent and doesn't rush her and makes sure she is comfortable. It is safe to say we will be back :)

I stopped in for a nose ring, unplanned. I was greeted immediately and the woman (Jordana) who helped me was quick, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She let me know about the deal 2 for $40 and offered to look at other products, but in the most perfect way. She wasn't annoying or pushy in any way whatsoever (I'm not a fan of sales). She offered a warranty and when I declined, she let me know about the 3mo it comes with. I would happily go back again.
