For online and in-store purchases, we are happy to do exchanges on defective items within 3 months of purchase.
For online purchases only, we’ll exchange pieces that weren’t what you expected – we know shopping by photos is a bit different than seeing it in person.
Whether it’s a belly ring with a dangle that’s a bit shorter than you thought it would be, a labret with a stone that’s not the shade of blue you hoped, or something like that, we’ll swap it out as long as it’s in the original package with the heat seal unbroken. This is important – if you’ve opened the package, we can’t exchange it.
We’ll exchange it for the same piece if it’s still in stock – otherwise we will substitute it for a piece of your choice of equal value.

All exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your order shipping. Your email will be responded to within 24 – 48 hours of it being sent.
COVID19 UPDATE: LOCAL PICK-UP
Local Pick-Up is prioritized above other orders for the day. We will fill your order in the morning and contact you when it is finished to arrange the pick up. Please do not come before we contact you – depending on the volume of orders we receive, processing times will vary. This option is only recommended for people who can make it to our office in Surrey, BC. We are not able to offer local pick-up at our mall locations at this time.
